The National Center for Privatization & PPP participates in the Career Day and Guidance Exhibition in the United Kingdom

London, September 2018: The National Center for Privatization & PPP (NCP) participated in the Career Day and Career Guidance Exhibition in the United Kingdom under the theme “My Vision, My Future 2018” in collaboration with the Saudi Arabian Cultural Bureau from August 31st to September 1st. The event was held under the patronage of Prince Mohammed bin Nawaf bin Abdul Aziz, Saudi Arabia’s ambassador to the UK, at the Queen Elizabeth II Center in London. Many public and private sector representatives and companies were in attendance.

NCP continues its efforts to recruit newly graduated and distinguished Saudi young people who are part of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques’ Scholarship Program in the UK. These students or former students have proven their academic abilities and excellence, which qualifies them as candidates for NCP. 

 
The National Center for Privatization & PPP hopes to contributing in achieving Vision 2030’s goal of nationalization and supporting local talents. NCP seeks to recruit and employ qualified national competencies in various disciplines, providing them with benefits, an evolving and creative environment, and different training to enhance their skills. The Career Day and Career Guidance Exhibition helps supporting the private and public sector’s efforts with nationalization by connecting employees with Saudi students. 

 
It is worth mentioning that the National Center for Privatization & PPP’s booth introduced students and visitors to NCP’s work, the Privatization Program, a part of Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030, and the 11 targeted sectors. The National Center for Privatization & PPP was established by the Council of Ministers’ Resolution No. 355 of 7/6/1438H, approving the organization of the National Center for Privatization and its connection to the Council of Economic Affairs and Development (CEDA). NCP, as the name suggests, is the center of expertise and knowledge in the field of privatization and public private partnership. It is the first center of its kind in Saudi. NCP hopes to increase awareness surrounding the concepts of private sector participation and the optimal methods of privatization to ensure the delivery of government services and projects with efficiency and in high quality.
