The General Secretariat of the Committee for Appeals Against PSP Project Tendering and Awarding Procedures is responsible for providing legal and administrative support to the Committee, as well as overseeing all procedures and managing the preparation and exchange of memoranda. The Secretariat reviews and analyzes appeals, prepares reports for the Committee’s consideration, and conducts legal, financial, and technical research and consultations as needed. In addition, it supervises all aspects of the Committee’s operations.

About the Committee: As stipulated in Article (39) of the PSP Law, this committee was established to review appeals submitted in relation to the tendering and awarding procedures of PSP projects. The committee has the authority to accept an appeal, confirm its validity, determine any compensation due, or reject it and confirm its invalidity. Structure: The committee is formed by a resolution of the Board of Directors and may include one or more committee, consisting of at least five members, including the Chairperson and Vice Chairperson. At least two members must have legal qualifications, and all members must possess the necessary expertise, professionalism, and independence to perform their duties effectively..
