With the best interests of the Saudi people, the investors, and the government in mind, NCP will advise the targeted government sectors on the many diverse aspects of privatization & PPP.

This process begins by working with the Privatization Supervisory Committees (PSCs) to identify the sectors’ assets and services for privatization or investment and then preparing them for approval. The NCP advisory team will provide insight and expertise on the bidding and the subsequent steps towards the execution of the transfer to or the partnership with the private sector.
