The Strategy and Vision Realization Program (VRP) Department aims to define and implement the strategy of the National Center for Privatization and to update and develop the direction of the program periodically.

Headed by the Director General of the Strategy and VRP, the department represents the Privatization Program, supports other vision realization programs, and manages the relationship with the strategic management office of the Economic Affairs and Development Council. It also manages the privatization program and follows-up on the different projects from the foundation stage to completion.
